The last time she did, it was an accident, but The Reestablishment locked her up for murder. No one knows why Juliette's touch is fatal. As long as she doesn't hurt anyone else, no one really cares. The world is too busy crumbling to pieces to pay attention to a 17-year-old girl. Diseases are destroying the population, food is hard to find, birds don't fly anymore, and the clouds are the wrong color.
The Reestablishment said their way was the only way to fix things, so they threw Juliette in a cell. Now so many people are dead that the survivors are whispering war-- and The Reestablishment has changed its mind. Maybe Juliette is more than a tortured soul stuffed into a poisonous body. Maybe she's exactly what they need right now.
Juliette has to make a choice: Be a weapon. Or be a warrior

This is a total must-read! Once you started, i'm afraid you'll never stop. Why? Because of the story itself!! You can really feel the anger and hatred of Juliette. In every word she says and actions she does is very strong. But sometimes, whenever she thought of killing their enemy makes me laugh. "No. I'm alright. ~~I really want to put my hands around your body and snap your neck!~~" okay. am I just that weird? =_="

Well, the romance. ♥ OhhMyyGoshh! It was really a major turn-on! the first time Adam asks for her name, the memories Juliette remembered about him and knowing that he is a soldier used by her enemy is very heartstopping! I almost died whenever Juliette remembers him as her classmate in the 3rd grade and as she wonders if he can still recall her. And my fave part is when they bought talked and Adam confessed about his feelings for her. The love he kept for so many years.waahh! I beg you all to read this! *.*
